• Shipping Address Reminder

         1. Express doesn't accept any address with PO.Box
         2. Pls ensure your address is correct, changing address after parcel left    factory will cause extra $15 when delivered.

• We're not responsible for the following situations

    1. Shipping address is incorrect, FedEx won't able to find it
    2. Nobody was able to sign for the package, FedEx left the package at front door, package was stolen.

• We'll be responsible full refunding for these circumstances

We put wrong address which didn't match your given address

• Customs Tax
  It is decided by the different country is policy and should be paid by buyer. You could leave us a message about the value you want not us to write when placing the order. Usually we write the hair as a wig sample and lower value just help you avoid the customs tax as possible as we can, you will get the original hair your order shows.
